Take the Cercanías suburban train from Málaga and get off at the Benalmádena–Arroyo de la Miel station.Right at the entrance, near the taxi station, you’ll find the local bus stop.Take line L2 and get off at the “Stupa Tibetan” stop.

  • 1. What are Monowa’s opening hours?

    Monowa is open every day of the year. Opening hours may slightly vary depending on the season, to respect the natural rhythm of the butterflies (light and warmth). Please check our “Hours & Rates” page for up-to-date information.

  • 2. Should I buy my tickets online or on-site?

    You can buy your tickets either on-site or online. Online tickets are cheaper and valid for one year from the date of purchase. We recommend buying them online to skip the line and get the best price.

  • 3. Is the park accessible for strollers and people with reduced mobility?

    Yes, Monowa is fully accessible for strollers and wheelchairs. The path has been designed to ensure a smooth, inclusive, and comfortable experience for everyone.

  • 4. How long does the visit last?

    On average, the visit lasts between 45 minutes and 1 hour 30 minutes, depending on your pace. You can stay as long as you wish throughout the day. Each moment is unique, especially in our tropical nursery where butterflies hatch every 30 minutes.

  • 5. Is there parking available?

    Yes, free parking is available right in front of Monowa’s entrance. You can easily access the park, even with family or small children.
